    6× top-of-funnel pipeline from conferences in ~6 months. Built the events motion 0→1, created a conference evaluation framework, and designed bespoke experiences — watch parties, cocktail classes — at exclusive venues in NYC, LA, and SF.
  • Assured Health — AI-powered credentialing
    Built RevOps from scratch (processes, reporting, dashboards) and grew pipeline 10×+ from events and outbound. Produced customer case studies, built the outbound stack, and recruited and ramped the BDR team.

about

Hi, I'm Le. I've built things from nothing for as long as I can remember. I came to the US as a Vietnamese immigrant at 12 with my brother, and started my first tutoring business at age 15 fielding 100+ customers to cover our living expenses.

Since then I've tinkered on 10+ side projects: some of the largest business, arts, and CS conferences (keynotes from Sheryl Sandberg), a travel platform connecting 10k+ strangers into lifelong friendships, a cohort course for pivoting into product management, and an apartment café club creating space for honest conversation.

My background spans consulting (Bain), banking (Morgan Stanley), strategy / finance / ops (Slack, Opendoor), marketing and demand gen (Rutter API) where I served as Head of Marketing and Demand Gen. I studied Statistics + CS at Harvard. I care deeply about craftsmanship and solving hard problems — and I'm easy to work with.

Outside of work, I've trained as a yoga teacher, and love running, traveling, and hosting creative experiences that help people connect.
