Built RevOps from scratch (processes, reporting, dashboards) and grew pipeline 10×+

about
Hi, I'm Le. I've built things from nothing for as long as I can remember. I came to
the US as a Vietnamese immigrant at 12 with my brother, and started my first tutoring
business at age 15 fielding 100+ customers to cover our living expenses.
Since then I've tinkered on 10+ side projects: some of the largest business, arts, and CS
conferences (keynotes from Sheryl Sandberg), a travel platform connecting 10k+
strangers into lifelong friendships, a cohort course for pivoting into product
management, and an apartment café club creating space for honest conversation.
My background spans consulting (Bain), banking (Morgan Stanley), strategy / finance / ops
(Slack, Opendoor), marketing and demand gen (Rutter API) where I served as Head of Marketing and Demand Gen. I studied Statistics
+ CS at Harvard. I care deeply about craftsmanship and solving hard problems — and I'm
easy to work with.
Outside of work, I've trained as a yoga teacher, and love running, traveling, and
hosting creative experiences that help people connect.
